If you have pets then you know that there is always going to be a chance for mistakes, no matter how well you think your dog is house trained or your car litter trained. It's going to happen, and most of the time it's going to be your fault. Don't blame the pet. Find the problem and just fix it.
Keep a watchful eye for signs that your pet has to go, and make sure that your pet doesn't have an underlying health issues that is causing him to potty on the floor.
